Name of Event: Guru Purnima Celebration
On 29th July 2026, Guru Purnima was celebrated at CEHS with great enthusiasm, respect and reverence to honour the invaluable contribution of teachers in shaping the lives of students. The programme began with a warm welcome and an expression of gratitude towards all the teachers. Students beautifully conveyed their appreciation by presenting handmade cards and flowers, making the occasion truly heartfelt and memorable.
The celebration featured an inspiring skit highlighting the importance of teachers and their role as guides and mentors. This was followed by lively dance performances that added joy and energy to the programme. The Principal addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech, emphasising the significance of respecting teachers and valuing the knowledge and guidance they impart.
The programme continued with the felicitation of the teachers and the Principal as a mark of appreciation for their dedication and commitment. The celebration concluded on a spiritual note with a traditional Aarti, creating an atmosphere of gratitude, devotion and togetherness. The event beautifully reflected the bond shared between teachers and students and reinforced the timeless message that a teacher not only imparts knowledge but also inspires, guides and nurtures young minds.
