An interactive session on “Safety Using Elevators and Escalators” was organised at Chembur English High School, Chembur on 8th August, 2023 to make students aware of safety measures to be taken while using these modern technologies. An entertaining and informative movie was shown to the students about safety while using these modern machines.
The workshop was conducted by Mr. Afsar Khan and his team from Schindler. The students were told to follow certain rules while using these machines.
They were suggested to be accompanied by an adult, never to press buttons in the lift and never try to open it when it is in movement.
The session proved very informative and awakening. The students enjoyed the session and actively took part in the discussion. The Principal of Chembur English High School Ms. Preeti Pawar thanked the organisers for this wonderful and awareness session about safety riding.
